Today, compliance professionals have access to a unique tool for building world-class compliance management systems (CMS) – the ISO standards. In the 10 years, since the publication of the first standard, the compliance family of standards now includes more than 10 published ones, and 8 standards are under development. On average, the number of certified companies according to ISO standards roughly doubles every year.
Based on our unique expertise and 15 year experience in auditing and certifying organization’s CMS against ISO standards, as well as in GRC, ABC&COI and other compliance risk-areas, we have developed an author's training program. We put ambitious goals:
  • to develop practical skills for assessing the current CMS’ status and improving it to meet ISO standards’ requirements
  • to provide a solid theoretical foundation on standardization and certification.
* The course provides information as of the date of its recording. At the time of the participants' completion, the materials may be updated by the primary sources. For example, the number of CMS family of standards is constantly changing. Such updates do not affect the relevance of the course, taking into account the course methodology on both content and delivery sides. You are also going to have an opportunity to familiarize with relevant internet resources on standardization and certification. If some of the website links become inactive in the future, you will know how to navigate independently and find all the relevant information easily.
