The purpose of the training is to achieve results - the development of skills in identifying situations of conflict of interest, corruption, and the willingness of employees to make the right choice, since this is what allows the organization to manage risks.

The company has sufficient tools to protect its interests, and there is a high likelihood of detecting misconduct. The company will not tolerate corruption, the misappropriation of the company's assets, or the misconduct of its employees.
Senior employees are personally responsible if their subordinates commit misconduct [The training explains how to reduce these risks].

There are 2 options provided:

The compliance department can assign training to employees who hold senior positions in their organization (including heads of functional and operational departments, directors of subsidiaries and branches).

In-house compliance specialists can attend a training session and, if necessary, modify it to suit the specific needs of their organization and compliance department. Upon request, we will provide a script and presentation for free. Additionally, we can offer in-person training sessions, customize the content to meet the company's requirements, and host them on the ICS platform. In this case, the cost of the previously purchased online training will be deducted from the total cost of the customized training session.
